Pooja Prabhudessai

Pooja Prabhudessai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in resource management and project management office (PMO) functions. Currently serving as a Lead Consultant - RMG at Icertis since February 2020, Pooja oversees the RMG team, focusing on resource allocation, capacity planning, and project staffing while developing strategies to optimize resource use aligned with business objectives. Prior to this, Pooja worked at Cognizant from August 2011 to February 2020 in various roles, including PMO and compliance officer, where responsibilities included managing resource workloads and supporting project lifecycle processes for significant accounts. Pooja's career began after earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Goa University, which was completed in 2008.
