Adam Śmiałek is a seasoned Space System Engineer at ICEYE since March 2020, responsible for overseeing fleet Launch and Early Operations as All Systems Lead, conducting mission analysis, and managing client-facing projects throughout the system's V-model. Adam began their career at ICEYE as a Junior Satellite Operations Specialist and also gained experience as a Control Systems Engineer at IRISC BEXUS, focusing on a control system for a telescope in a balloon-borne experiment. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Space Science and Technology from Luleå University of Technology and a Master's Degree in Space Automation and Control from Czech Technical University in Prague, along with an engineering degree in Aerospace Engineering from Warsaw University of Technology.
