Nitya Rao-Perera is an experienced Partner Discovery Coach who helps individuals find their life companion. Nitya is also an External Career Coach at INSEAD, providing personalized coaching support to MBA students. As a Board Member at ICF Singapore, Nitya serves the coaching community, and as the Founder of Global Lumen HR, Nitya offers leadership coaching, recruitment, and training services. With a background in advertising and marketing, Nitya has worked in various roles such as Account Director at MullenLowe Group and Group Brand Manager at Leo Burnett Sri Lanka. Nitya holds a Psychology degree from Lady Shri Ram College For Women and an American Diploma from International School Yangon.
