Jess Borrevik serves as the Chief Technology Officer for Energy, Environment, and Infrastructure at ICF since July 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Principal Architect for IT Advanced Energy Delivery and Utility Operations at Portland General Electric from May 2019 to June 2022, and various positions at NW Natural, including Senior Enterprise Architect and Geospatial Solutions Architect from January 2014 to May 2019. Additional experience encompasses technology consulting at Apgar Consulting LLC from 2006 to 2013, GIS development at TriMet, and developer support at Esri. Early career began as a GIS Developer at Avista from 1999 to 2002. Jess Borrevik holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Southern Oregon University.
