Michael Mernick serves as Senior Vice President of Market Development & Strategic Partnerships at ICF, a position held since December 1995, where Michael developed and leads a new function aimed at maintaining and enhancing ICF's leadership in the Commercial Energy Sector. In addition, Michael led ICF’s Energy Efficiency Division, recognized as North America’s foremost designer and implementer of energy efficiency programs. Michael has contributed to several organizations, serving on the Board of Directors for the California Efficiency + Demand Management Council and AESP, where roles included Secretary and Executive Committee member. Prior experience includes program management at the U.S. Department of Energy and technical lead at Conservation Services Group. Michael holds a Master of Public Administration from Suffolk University and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island.
