Neal Friedman

Neal Friedman is a data engineer at AirDNA since May 2021, where solutions have been architected and built to modernize legacy data systems, enhancing simplicity, speed, and maintainability through organized deployment, tracking, and monitoring of Spark jobs. Prior to AirDNA, Neal served as a Platform Engineer II at ProtectWise, Inc., contributing to the development of high-performance, scalable Scala for a cybersecurity platform integrated with enterprise networks and cloud platforms. Experience also includes roles as an Associate Software Engineer and Associate Engineer at Oakman Aerospace, focusing on simulation and modeling of satellite components. Neal earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computing from Griffith College Dublin.
