Rebecca Conley

Rebecca Conley is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in staffing and recruitment. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for ICF, since July 2021, Rebecca previously worked as a Recruiter at ICF Next and managed the MSP Program at HireGenics, where collaboration with over 100 vendors and Cargill managers was pivotal in fulfilling contingent labor needs. Rebecca's foundational roles included marketing and creative recruitment at Digital People, talent management at Pro Staff, and operations management at Sherwin Williams, where significant sales increases and operational improvements were achieved. Rebecca holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Communication from the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University.
