Steven Toy

Steven Toy is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and IT operations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Cloud Infrastructure at ICF since July 2022, Steven specializes in cloud-native architecture and automation, leading a team focused on modernizing software solutions for customers. Prior to this role, Steven was the Senior Director of Cloud Infrastructure at SemanticBits, overseeing DevSecOps practices for digital healthcare services. Steven's extensive career at SAS spanned over two decades, culminating in roles such as Vice President of Infrastructure as a Service, where Steven managed a team responsible for global IT operations, data networking, and various data platforms. Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
