Patricia Jaquet

Patricia Jaquet is the current Vice President and Global Head of Human Resources at Ichnos Sciences. Prior to their current position, Jaquet served as the Human Resources Director at Collège Champittet from June 2018 to June 2019. In this role, they were responsible for managing a full spectrum of administrative tasks, including new hire onboarding, work permit administration, benefits administration, leave of absence administration, and maternity leave. Jaquet successfully led the outsourcing project for all HR administration.

From October 2007 to November 2010, Jaquet served as a Human Resources Generalist at Collège Champittet. In December 2010, they were promoted to Human Resources Manager. In this role, they served as a Global HR Partner for Quality Assurances, Facilities, EH&S, and Technical Trainers. Jaquet supported the Geneva and Zurich offices, as well as the Netherlands office from 2008 to 2010 and the Singapore office in 2012.

As a Human Resources Manager, Jaquet was responsible for partnering with HR leaders and CoE to implement people strategies, plans, and processes; supporting the development of people strategies with HR BU, CoE, and business leaders to enable and support business strategies; working with BU leaders and employees to provide HR Partner support, guidance, and direction that aligned with CoE initiatives; supporting HR and business organization and culture to drive innovation, employee engagement, process improvement, and commitment to excellence; developing professional relationships with employees at all levels within the region and the BU to enable coaching and counseling on HR policies; building a positive employee relations climate though activities, initiatives, and

Patricia Jaquet has a degree in Psychology from Université de Geneve, a certificate in Swiss Labor Law from Federation d'Entreprises Romandes (FER), and a certificate in Social Assurances from IFAGE. Patricia also has a certification from LinkedIn in Developing a Mentoring Program and another in Sanyin Siang on Strategic Mentoring.
