Tejas Shah

Tejas Shah has a diverse and extensive work experience in clinical data management. From 2008 to 2009, Tejas worked as a Trainee Junior Data Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions, where they performed data management activities and assisted in maintaining protocol level documentation. From 2010 to 2011, they served as a Clinical Data Manager I at UnitedHealth Group, where they performed various data management tasks, generated queries, and updated databases.

Tejas then joined Novartis in 2011 and held different roles within the company. As a Clinical Data Specialist, they began their journey in data management activities. They later served as a Trial Data Manager, where they provided input and review of clinical trial database design. In their final role at Novartis as a Clinical Data Manager, they successfully locked data and wrote specifications for edit checks.

In 2014, Tejas joined a confidential organization as a Clinical Data Manager-Consultant. They worked with multiple pharma clients, guided other data managers, reviewed study-related documents, and served as the lead data manager for a phase 3 oncology trial.

Tejas's most recent work experience is with Ichnos Sciences, where they first joined as an Associate Director of Clinical Data Management in 2021. In this role, Tejas reviewed and updated standard operating procedures, managed contract data managers, reviewed request for proposals, and actively participated in bid-defense meetings. They also managed Medidata Rave URL live activities and assisted in medical coding and data review. Tejas then transitioned to the role of Director of Clinical Data Management in July 2023.

Tejas Shah attended Savitribai Phule Pune University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Tejas also attended Maharashtra Institute of Pharmacy during the same time period and obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm.) degree in Pharmaceuticals.
