Yessica Benavides C

Yessica Benavides C has had a varied and successful career, beginning in 2006 with a role as an Executive of Corporate Social Responsibility and Organizational Image and Communication at PRODUBANCO - Grupo Promerica. In 2015, they moved to Banco Pichincha as a Specialist in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Development. Yessica then progressed to roles as an Analyst of Organizational Communication and an Internal Communication Specialist at the same company. In 2018, Yessica joined Telefónica as a Coordinator of Responsible Business - Sustainability. In 2019, they became a Mentor for the Leadership Program Quiero Ser with Women for Women Ecuador. In 2020, Yessica became a Co-Founder of the Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry WICCI, and a Co-Founder, Executive Director, and Director of Sustainability and Communication at Fundación Circular by Ichthion. Yessica currently holds the role of Chief Executive Officer at Ichthion Limited.

Yessica Benavides C completed their Licenciatura in Comunicación Social especialidad Desarrollo from Universidad Politécnica Salesiana between 2002 and 2006. Yessica then went on to obtain their Máster in Gestión en Responsabilidad Social Corporativa from Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja between 2015 and 2017. In 2020, they completed a Cooperación Internacional y Financiación para Proyectos from UNESCO UTPL. Additionally, Yessica Benavides C has obtained two certifications from LinkedIn, Gestión de clientes potenciales in May 2022, and Habilidades blandas para profesionales de las ventas in May 2022.
