Neelam Dhawan

Neelam Dhawan is an accomplished business leader with over two decades of experience in the technology sector. Neelam is currently an independent director at ICICI Bank, and has previously served as the head of the India Advisory Board at IBM and as managing director for India at both HP and Microsoft. In their role at ICICI Bank, Dhawan is responsible for driving growth and profitability in the bank's retail business.

Dhawan began their career in the technology sector with Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they spent 15 years in various leadership roles. In their most recent role at HPE, they served as vice president of Global Industries, Strategic Alliances and Inside Sales for Asia Pacific and Japan. In this role, they were responsible for driving sales in Global accounts, Industry Vertical Enterprise segments, strategic Alliances, Inside Sales and OEM and IOT partnerships.

Dhawan is a member of the Supervisory Board at Philips, and has served on the board since 2012. Neelam is also a member of the board of directors at Yatra Online Inc.

Neelam Dhawan has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi. Neelam also has a bachelor's degree in economics from St. Stephen's College in Delhi.
