Sujeet Kothare

Sujeet Kothare has over two decades of experience in the financial services and marketing sectors. Currently serving in Leadership Assets at ICICI Bank since October 2022, Sujeet previously held various prominent roles at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited, including Chief Bancassurance Officer, where significant contributions were made to establish and scale the Bancassurance Franchise, achieving remarkable financial milestones. Sujeet also advanced innovative digital solutions as Chief Sales Strategy & Digitilisation, including industry-first AI-powered training software. Other roles include National Head - HNI Agency at ICICI Securities Inc. and leadership positions at IBM INDIA and Godrej Sara Lee Ltd. Sujeet holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from VJTI Mumbai and a Master's in Management Studies with a specialization in Marketing from the University of Mumbai.
