Alina Zhiltsova

Alina Zhiltsova has a diverse work experience beginning in 2015 as the Founder & CEO of LingvoFabrika, an online language learning platform. Alina was responsible for website UI, recruitment, content creation, customer sales, and teaching. In 2016, they worked as an SMM manager and ESL Tutor at Albert-Learning, providing online English lessons and feedback to subscribers. From 2017 to 2020, Alina worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst at Urban Brewing, where they analyzed data, managed social media platforms, conducted A/B testing, and managed promotions. Alina also worked part-time as an Activity Leader at The English Studio Language School in 2017. Alina then joined Opening.io in 2020 as an AI Engineer before it was acquired by iCIMS, where they currently work as a Senior NLP Data Scientist. In this role, they conduct research, uses programming languages, builds API endpoints, detects biases in NLP models, mentors new joiners, and follows Agile methodology.

From 2018 to 2019, they attended the National College of Ireland and obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Data Analytics.

In 2015 and 2016, they studied at Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevsky and received a Certificate in Translation, focusing on RU/ENG Translation and Interpretation.

Between 2012 and 2016, Alina Zhiltsova pursued their Bachelor's degree in The English Language and Literature at Saratov State University named after N.G.Chernyshevsky.

In 2013 and 2014, they also enrolled in Saint Petersburg State University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Linguistics.

Additionally, Alina Zhiltsova has acquired various certifications. In February 2020, they completed the "TensorFlow in Practice Specialization" from Coursera and "The Complete Cyber Security Course: Network Security" from Udemy. In January 2020, they attained the "Natural Language Processing in TensorFlow" certification from Coursera and the "Neural Networks and Deep Learning" certification from deeplearning.ai. In March 2019, they obtained the "CPE - Cambridge Proficiency Exam" from Cambridge Assessment English. In January 2018, they acquired the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) certification. Lastly, in November 2017, they completed "The Online Marketing Fundamentals" from Google.
