Amandine Reitz has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Amandine currently serves as the HR Manager EMEA at iCIMS, where they are responsible for attracting, engaging, hiring, and advancing talented individuals. Prior to this role, they were the HRD at EASYRECRUE by iCIMS, where they helped HR professionals optimize their hiring processes through innovative technology solutions. Amandine also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Sidetrade, where they played a key role in fueling the company's growth by managing the entire hiring process. Additionally, they held positions as a Business Manager at INGIMA and a Talent Acquisition Manager at SThree plc. Amandine started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Computer Futures Solutions and also worked as a Chargée de Recrutement at Aequalis and Adneom.
