Balaji V M has a diverse work experience starting as a Junior Software Engineer at TalentBridge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in 2017. Balaji then progressed to the role of Associate Software Engineer and eventually became a Software Engineer in March 2018. Balaji worked at TalentBridge Technologies Pvt. Ltd. until 2020. Following that, they joined Sasken Technologies Limited as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2020 to December 2020. Balaji then worked as a Senior Software Engineer at GlobalLogic from December 2020 to March 2022. Currently, Balaji V M is employed as a Senior Software Engineer at iCIMS since April 2022.

Balaji V M completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Dr. Ambedkar Institute Of Technology from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in Computer Software Engineering at Rajaijinagar First Grade College, affiliated with Bangalore University, from 2010 to 2013.
