Candace Holmes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries.

Candace started their career in 1995 as an IT Training Coordinator at Janus Henderson Investors U.S., where they managed training needs, coordinated staff standards, and directed all facets of staff training for the Information Technology department.

From 2008 to 2014, Candace worked as a Freelance Web Designer at PC Peak Solutions. Candace developed responsive websites for small businesses and organizations, using various tools like WordPress, XHTML, CSS, Dreamweaver, SharePoint, Google Sites, and Photoshop.

In 2014, Candace joined Endless Range Marketing as a Wordpress Administrator. Candace conducted server administration, performed backups and security audits, and minimized website issues with regular updates.

From 2015 to 2019, Candace held multiple roles at DVMelite. As a Technical Client Advocate, they collaborated with clients, assisted with website set up, and used CRM tools to track customer touchpoints. In their Website Development Projects & Administration role, they established relationships with customers and ensured project tasks and deadlines were met.

At Yoko Consulting from 2019 to 2020, Candace served as a Project Manager / Account Coordinator. Candace directed project processes, created project timelines, managed budgets, and prioritized resources.

From 2020 to 2021, Candace worked at Omni Interactions, Inc. as a Manager, HR Onboarding & Community Engagement. Candace developed and coordinated engagement and nurturing practices for contract staff, applied Agile project management principles, and managed a team to achieve strategic goals.

Most recently, Candace joined iCIMS in 2021 as a Software Implementation Consultant. Candace owned clients' initial implementation of iCIMS products, managed implementation projects of various complexities, and gathered requirements to design and model products to fit client needs. In 2022, they transitioned to the role of Technical Product Manager, where they reinforced the company's product vision, defined roadmaps and milestones, and led collaboration between cross-functional teams.

Candace Holmes earned a Master of Science (MS) degree in Information Technology Management from Regis University, where they attended from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they obtained a Graduate Certificate in Agile Technologies from Regis University in October 2018. Candace also holds certifications such as the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in February 2023, and the Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques from LinkedIn, which they obtained in May 2022.
