Jaime-Lynn Scott has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Jaime-Lynn started their career as a Boatswains Mate Third Class in the United States Coast Guard from July 1999 to September 2003. During this time, they supervised subordinates, conducted trainings, and performed federal fisheries boardings.

After their military service, Jaime-Lynn worked as an Office Manager at New England Financial in 2005 and then as an Office Manager/Broker at Empact Insurance Group from 2006 to 2011. In these roles, they managed customer service, administrative responsibilities, and client data systems.

In 2012, Jaime-Lynn interned at the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office, where they assisted in completing NJCOP Accreditation Manager Training Certification and improved workflow within the department.

From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Security Officer at Exelon Nuclear. Their responsibilities included ensuring security and completing required tasks.

Jaime-Lynn then joined Regus in 2014 and held positions including General Manager and Area Manager. Jaime-Lynn led daily operations, managed teams, and provided workplace solutions to small and medium businesses.

Since 2017, Jaime-Lynn has been working at iCIMS. Jaime-Lynn started as an Account Manager and progressed to roles such as Manager of Customer Success, Manager of Renewals, and Senior Manager of Customer Care. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Global Client Success. Their responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction and success.

Jaime-Lynn Scott pursued their education starting in 2003 at Ocean County College, where they obtained an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Business Administration in 2005. Jaime-Lynn then continued their studies at Kean University from 2010 to 2012, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Public Administration. In 2013, Jaime-Lynn Scott furthered their education by attending Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus, where they completed a Master of Administrative Science degree in Public Administration in 2014. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Conflict Resolution Foundations from LinkedIn in June 2019.
