Jason Vincik, CPT, MCSA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Jason began their career in 2003 as a Marketing Communications Manager for The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, where they developed and executed comprehensive marketing strategies. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Sr. Account Director at SRJ Marketing Communications, providing senior-level strategy development and implementation.

In 2009, Jason worked as a Marketing Manager for Aerospace & Defense Events at Aviation Week, specializing in online marketing and direct marketing. Jason then moved on to serve as a Digital Marketing Consultant for Sotheby's International Realty in 2011, managing digital marketing campaigns and implementing emerging technologies.

From 2012 to 2013, Jason worked as a Sr. Consultant at eDynamic LLC, consulting with Fortune 100 corporations on developing and optimizing online marketing campaigns. In 2013, they briefly worked as a Digital Producer/Production Manager (Consultant) for Freelancers Union, liaising between different teams and aligning on deliverables.

From 2014 to 2020, Jason served as a Sr. Global Enablement Manager at Adobe, where they developed a world-class services enablement and training function. Jason led the planning and design of training programs for global Professional Services teams and Digital Services Partners.

Most recently, in 2020, Jason joined iCIMS as the Director of Services Enablement, where they continue to enhance services and train teams for customer success.

Throughout their career, Jason Vincik has demonstrated expertise in marketing, digital marketing, online campaigns, training, and team management.

Jason Vincik, CPT, MCSA, pursued their education from 1995 to 1999 at Houston Community College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Management. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jason has also acquired several certifications to further enhance their skillset. In September 2019, they became a Certified Professional Trainer through The Bob Pike Group. Three years earlier, in April 2017, they received the Marketo Certified Solutions Architect certification from Marketo. Most recently, in July 2022, they completed the Instructional Design Essentials: Models of ID course offered by LinkedIn.
