Matt Marino

Matt Marino has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matt is currently employed at iCIMS as a Principal Product Operations Manager, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Engineering Program Manager at iCIMS from February 2020 to January 2021, and as an Engineering Program Manager from April 2019 to February 2020.

Before joining iCIMS, Matt worked at Weichert, Realtors, where they held the role of Agile IT Program/Senior Project Manager and Senior Business Analyst from January 2017 to April 2019.

Matt also gained experience at Weichert Lead Network, where they worked as an IT Project Manager/Business Analyst from July 2015 to December 2016. Before this, they held the role of Junior Business Data Specialist/Business Analyst (Accounting and Finance/Lead Audit Group) from March 2014 to June 2015, and as an Inside Sales Coordinator from October 2012 to March 2014.

Matt's earlier experience includes working as a Chemical Engineering Co-op at The Shaw Group from July 2006 to December 2007, and as an Engineering Research Intern at Rohm and Haas Electronic Materials from June 2005 to December 2005.

Matt began their career as a Junior Designer at Ferriero Engineering, Inc in April 2004, where they worked until September 2004.

Matt Marino obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Northeastern University, which they attended from 2003 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University. The exact completion date for their Master's degree is unknown. In addition to their formal education, Matt Marino has obtained several certifications. Matt became a Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master from Scaled Agile Inc in July 2019, a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in February 2019, and obtained a Certification in Project Management from Rutgers School of Business–Camden in March 2016. Furthermore, they received a New Jersey Referral Agent certification from the New Jersey Division of Banking and Insurance in February 2015.
