Mickaël Cabrol

Mickaël has an extensive entrepreneurship background, along with a proven track record of scaling organizations and generating revenue growth.

After successfully exiting from his first owned business GEOLID in 2012, Mickaël launched EASYRECRUE in 2014 with the ambition to democratize a new generation of HR solutions, like video interviewing or digital assessments.

Since then, the company has been backed by tier one European Investors and has turned into a leader player in EMEA, working with more than 400 prestigious customers including SANOFI, ICRC or PwC.

Mickaël holds an MSc from EM LYON Business School and in addition to his current responsibilities he also serves as Shareholder or Strategic Advisor for various high growing technological companies.
