Mike Pastore has extensive experience in sales operations and strategy. Mike currently serves as the Vice President of Sales Operations at iCIMS, a position they have held since February 2022. Mike also held various positions at Avaya from 2002 to 2009, including Director of North America Channel Sales Operations and Director of Global Sales Operations. In these roles, they played a key role in driving sales revenue and implementing effective compensation and quota plans.

Before joining Avaya, Mike worked as a Consultant and Project Manager at The Alexander Group, Inc from July 1999 to November 2002. Mike played a crucial role in designing incentive compensation plans for major clients such as AT&T and Honeywell.

Mike's career began as a Media Planner at VSM MEDIA, where they designed and implemented media plans for Guinness Import Co., achieving significant sales growth.
