Rayad Ali

Rayad Ali has a diverse work experience spanning a variety of roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Computer Technician at K Zaman Ali & Co Solicitors, where they performed general computer maintenance, on-site repairs, and created Microsoft Office documents. From 2012 to 2013, they transitioned into the retail industry as a Sales Associate at Calvin Klein Jeans, where they were responsible for customer service and stock maintenance.

In 2013, Rayad joined Rutgers University as a Computer Technician, where they handled both hardware and software troubleshooting, completed work orders, and performed computer rebuilding and reimaging.

In 2015, they embarked on a startup venture as a Developer at an unnamed startup, where they played a key role in designing code for the Syner.gg platform, focusing on both backend and front-end development.

In 2016, Rayad joined iCIMS, where they have held multiple roles. Rayad started as a Software Test Engineer, responsible for manual functional, migration, and regression testing, as well as creating and maintaining a test case library. Rayad then progressed to Test Engineer and Test Engineer II, before becoming a Software Developer, where they contributed to the development of new features. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Software Engineer.

Throughout their work experience, Rayad has demonstrated their technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to different industries and roles.

Rayad Ali completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications. In 2018, they became a Certified ScrumMaster through Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, in 2016, Rayad acquired a certification in Foundations of Programming: Software Quality Assurance from Lynda.com. Most recently, in April 2020, they obtained advanced and basic certifications in Scrum from LinkedIn.
