From 2004 to 2014, Tondaylea worked with the DeKalb County Police Department as part of the Strategic Enforcement Team and later as a Crime Analyst.

In 2014, Tondaylea joined American Airlines as a Flight Services Professional, where they achieved exceptional performance in on-time departures.

In 2016, Tondaylea transitioned to the real estate industry, becoming a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Perriott Partners. Tondaylea was involved in 50+ transactions, generating over $25 million in gross sales. Tondaylea also provided training and assistance to first-time homebuyers.

In 2022, Tondaylea joined Career Karma as a Career Coach and Live Audio Moderator. Tondaylea coached prospective bootcamp students, facilitated group sessions, and collaborated with different teams to enhance user experience.

Tondaylea's most recent role was as a Recruitment Strategy Analyst at iCIMS, which they started in 2023.

Tondaylea L. completed a SaaS Sales Foundation program at Aspireship in 2022. In the same year, they also obtained certifications in Introduction to Back-End Development and Introduction to Front-End Development from Coursera. In 2023, they pursued a certificate in Project Management from Coursera as well. Tondaylea holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Georgia State University and has also received training in California Real Estate from Nationwide Real Estate School. Additionally, they took self-defense courses specializing in Girls on Guard, Guarding our Girls, and Weapons Defense at Defend University in 2013. Tondaylea has acquired various certifications including Dynamics 365 for Sales Teams, Frictionless Sales, Learning LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Learning Microsoft Dynamics 365: The Basics, Inbound Sales Certification, and Foundations of Project Management. Tondaylea also holds a SaaS Sales Foundations Certification from Aspireship and a Meta Certified Community Manager certification from Meta. Lastly, Tondaylea completed the Average Skill Phenomenal Will program at Breathe University in 2017.
