Tyler Kimble

Tyler Kimble has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tyler started their career in 2010 as a Business Systems Analyst at K. Hovnanian Companies, where they evaluated, planned, and led the implementation and support activities for Oracle J.D. Edwards Enterprise One and integrated applications. In 2012, they joined iCIMS as an Enterprise Sales Engineer, responsible for providing product demonstrations and serving as the subject matter expert for the iCIMS suite of Talent Management Solutions. Tyler later transitioned to the role of Business Systems Analyst, where they developed project requirements, facilitated training sessions, and gathered feedback for improvements.

In 2016, Tyler joined Microsoft as a Solution Manager, focusing on global talent acquisition operations. Their responsibilities included driving configurations and setup requirements, establishing master data governance procedures, and collaborating with internal HR teams to ensure compatibility and scalability. Tyler also served as a Global Black Belt for Talent, acting as a solution architect at the forefront of Microsoft's Dynamics 365 for Talent strategy and collaborating with product groups and partner ecosystems.

Tyler's experience also includes a role as Regional Director Presales - North America at SmartRecruiters, where they served as a regional leader for the presales team. Currently, they are working at iCIMS as the Global Director of Solution Architecture, where they are responsible for leading and providing architecture solutions on a global scale.

In addition to their corporate roles, Tyler has been actively engaged in the PreSales Collective community since 2020. As a member, they support the organization's mission to elevate the role of PreSales professionals worldwide by providing resources, knowledge, network, and mentorship.
