Ritika Chawla is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Customer Success Manager at Eightfold since February 2020, where responsibilities include spearheading customer onboarding and engaging with clients to address their goals and challenges. Previously, Ritika held the role of Assistant Manager in Customer Success and addressed customer issues while coordinating with internal teams for solutions. Ritika holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Amity University Noida.
