Manny Borges

Manny Borges is an experienced senior analyst specializing in olefins at ICIS since September 2024. Previously, Manny served as Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer at Kelly Services from November 2012 to August 2024, where significant enhancements in procurement functions were achieved, overseeing a $600M spend and generating annual benefits of 10%. Manny also held various roles at Kelly Services, including Sr. Director for Global Solutions Sales Operations, negotiating $2B in contract renewals, and managing major global accounts with $370M in revenue. Prior to Kelly Services, Manny worked at The Dow Chemical Company for over 17 years, leading strategic sourcing initiatives with substantial annual savings and managing significant spending across multiple sectors.
