Greg Hatcher

Greg Hatcher is the current head of the payment services team at iClassPro. Greg has also held the position of director of product and payments at TeamSnap from January 2019 to January 2022. In this role, they led an engineering team that delivered system enhancements to detect and prevent CNP testing/fraud. Greg also developed a user acceptance testing framework for software releases that was utilized for a major Oracle database upgrade and became the implementation standard across the company, reducing rollbacks and failed releases.

In addition to their work at TeamSnap, Greg has also analyzed customer and user feedback to translate it into functional requirements that have improved products and services to generate revenue and increase customer satisfaction. Greg has also led backlog grooming sessions to refine requirements, prioritize work, and release updates in order to create efficiencies for operational teams and customers. Additionally, they have managed two internal development teams and partnered with an external team to deliver a digital customer application, signing, and boarding experience simultaneously.

Finally, Greg has also enhanced year end 1099K reporting to simplify the process, accelerate the delivery, and improve the document flow to ensure timely and accurate reporting for our customers. Greg has also partnered with engineering, network operations, and IT to ensure PCI Compliance within their owned product set. Lastly, they have optimized Salesforce workflow for internal and partner sales teams, as well as enhanced Salesforce reporting for customers and the operations team.

Greg Hatcher has a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Gonzaga University - School of Business Administration. Greg also has a certification from the Electronic Transactions Association as a Certified Payments Professional.

Greg Hatcher reports to Chris McNabb, CEO & Founder. They are on a team with Carlos Perez - Chief Security Officer, Kari Pickering - COO, and Lance Hutcheson - CFO.
