Customer Solutions Manager at iClick

Jacquie Little has worked in the customer service industry since 2010. Jacquie began their career at iClick, where they served as a Customer Solutions Manager for two years. Jacquie then took on the role of Special Projects and Customer Resolutions Lead. In 2016, they moved to Alpine Modern, where they served as an interim Concierge. Her role at Alpine Modern was to bring modern design and inspiring experiences to those passionate about living at altitude.

Jacquie Little obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General - Photography, Painting, Illustration, Drawing, Art History from Cornish College of the Arts between 1996 and 2001. Jacquie has also obtained five additional certifications from SkillPath and SkillPath Seminars, including Excelling as a Manager or Supervisor (2018), Leadership and Management Skills for Women (2016), Communicating With Tact, Diplomacy and Professionalism (2014), Managing Multiple Projects, Objectives, and Deadlines (2013), and The Conference on Customer Service (2011).
