Kamila Zaparoli

Kamila Zaparoli's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. Kamila started in 2017 as the Director of Human Resources at the Association Atlética Acadêmica Marina de Andrade Rezende (AAAMAR). In 2019, they became the Vice-President of the Liga Acadêmica de Genética e Genômica (LIGGEN), a position they held until 2021. In 2020, Kamila volunteered as a Nurse at the Julia Pinto Caldeira Municipal Hospital. In 2021, they had multiple positions, including Customer Success at ConstruConnect, Health Agent in the Project S at the Instituto Butantan, Nursing Intern in Primary Care at UBS Vila Tibério, Nursing Intern in Hospital Management at Hospital das Clinicas da Faculdade de Medicina de Ribeirão Preto HCFMRP-USP, and currently works as an Onboarding Assistant at Afya.

Kamila Zaparoli completed their Bachelor's degree in Nursing at the Escola de Enfermagem de Ribeirão Preto, which is affiliated with the USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2017 to 2021. Kamila also pursued additional education at Udemy in 2021, where they completed a course on OKR: Metodologia e Aplicação.
