Crc® Denise Dunlap

Denise Dunlap has a diverse work experience spanning over 24 years. Denise started their career at Circuit City as a Technical Support Representative in 1993 and worked there until 1996. From 1996 to 1999, Denise worked at Anthem as a Member Service Representative. Denise then joined GE Capital in 1999 as a Variable Annuity Trade Representative and stayed there until 2002. Denise then worked at Genworth Financial formerly GE Financial Assurance from 2002 to 2006, where they held the role of Case Manager and Sales Solution Specialist. In 2006, Denise joined Wells Fargo Advisors (formerly Wachovia Securities) as an IRA Brokerage Operations Specialist and worked there until 2008. Denise then joined BB&T as an IRA Associate and remained there for almost a decade, from 2008 to 2017. Denise's most recent work experience is at MissionSquare Retirement, where they currently work as an Advice Product Specialist since September 2017.

Denise Dunlap, CRC®, has a diverse and extensive education history. Denise completed their Mini Master of Business Administration (MBA) Certificate in Executive Education from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Nutrition and Foods from Virginia Tech in 1993.

In addition to their academic achievements, Denise has also acquired several certifications in the financial industry. Denise obtained their Certified Retirement Counselor designation from the International Foundation for Retirement Education (InFRE) in November 2018. Furthermore, they earned their Series 63 certification from the NASAA in February 2022, the Series 65 certification from the NASAA in September 2019, and the Series 6 certification from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in February 2000.
