Rod Alcazar

Rod Alcazar is currently the Senior Director of Key Client Relations at MissionSquare Retirement, where Rod provides leadership and support to the Key Client Relations Team in achieving strategic, operational, and financial objectives. Previously, Rod worked as a Foreign Exchange Consultant at RUESCH, and then held various roles at ICMA-RC, including Director of the National Relationship Management Team, Senior Manager of Plan Sponsor Services, Relationship Manager for Large Account Management, and Operations Control Supervisor. Throughout their career, Rod has been instrumental in driving client retention and satisfaction, developing and implementing action plans, and delivering on service delivery objectives.
