Brian Bullock

Brian Bullock is an experienced leader in educational design and professional development, currently serving as the Managing Director of Worldwide Learning and Professional Development at the International City/County Management Association since November 2020. Bullock has developed and implemented strategies to enhance training opportunities for local government professionals globally. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Bullock designed and taught urban leadership courses. Previous roles include Manager of Learning and Development for the City and County of Denver, where Bullock led citywide training initiatives, and Senior Instructional Designer at MGM Resorts International, overseeing extensive enterprise training programs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Education from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from New York University.
