Wibisono Sastrodiwiryo

Wibisono Sastrodiwiryo is a Digital Governance Consultant at ICMA - International City/County Management Association, focusing on advancing decentralization and smart governance solutions in Indonesia since August 2022. With extensive experience in public sector technology, Sastrodiwiryo has held roles including Graduate Research Fellow at the e-Government Laboratory of the University of Indonesia, and Liaison Officer at the Public Expenditure Management Network in Asia (PEMNA). Prior positions also include International Consultant at The International Foundation for Electoral Systems and Technology Advisor for the General Election Commission of Indonesia. Sastrodiwiryo's academic background includes a Master's degree in Information Systems from the University of Indonesia and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Universitas Gunadarma, complemented by a summer program in Data Analytics at the National University of Singapore.
