Kelly Chen possesses a robust background in investment and innovation with experience in various influential roles. At iCOMAT, Kelly serves as an Investor and Board Observer. As a member of the Founding Team at NATO Innovation Fund (NIF) and a Partner at DCVC (Data Collective), Kelly contributes to the growth of pivotal ventures. Additionally, Kelly holds positions as an Investor and Board Member at Recycleye and Fulfil. Academically, Kelly has a Joint BS/MS in Financial Engineering & Operations Research from Columbia Engineering and an M.B.A. with a double major in Entrepreneurial Management and Operations Strategy from The Wharton School.
