Cristina Nolivos is a seasoned professional in customer success and digital communication, currently serving as Manager of Customer Success and previously as Customer Success Strategist at ICOMM since July 2020. Prior to this role, Cristina worked as a Content Analyst at Universidad Internacional del Ecuador, where responsibilities included content analysis, community management, and social media content from August 2019 to March 2020. Cristina also has experience as a Community Manager at SOMOS Restaurante and as a Pasante Community Manager at Independiente del Valle. Cristina holds a Bachelor's degree in Comunicación Organizacional from Universidad Internacional del Ecuador, completed in 2020, and has furthered education through the Comisión Fulbright del Ecuador.
