Mike Bellinger

Mike works with ICON Agility as Recruitment Lead, assists with Global Business Development and supports Account Leads to identify Agile/SAFe coaches. As a former Elementary School Teacher, Mike has dedicated his life to elevating all people by using a Human Centric Approach; building relationships, collaborating effectively, and being an advocate for ICON Agility coaches. Mike is a graduate from Missouri State University with a Bachelors in Elementary Education and holds an Associate Teaching degree from St. Louis Community College. He is also an alumni of Kappa Sigma Fraternity, where he held Lead positions as a New Member Educator, Community Service Chairman, and Assistant Treasurer. While away from the office, Mike enjoys competing in weight lifting competitions, spending time with family and friends, playing the drums, and hanging with his dog Beau.
