Gemma Richards

Gemma Richards is currently working as an Analyst at PA Consulting since February 2024. Prior to this, Gemma was a Business Analyst and Office Manager at Vantage Point Global, starting in September 2023. Gemma also has experience as a Day Steward at Wimbledon for a short period in July 2023. Gemma 's background includes working as a Research Assistant at Credit Suisse, where Gemma provided research to a DEI team and the wider Credit Suisse BAME network. Gemma holds a Master of Arts in Critical and Cultural Theory from the University of Warwick and a BA in Liberal Arts with a focus on History and Philosophy from the University of Durham.
