Sonam Sawalani

Sonam Sawalani has a diverse background in HR and communications, with experience in leading recruitment projects, managing teams, and handling employee engagement initiatives. Sonam currently holds the position of People Lead at Icon Consulting Group and previously worked as a PMO & Resourcing Manager at Orica. Sonam has also worked in various HR roles at ThoughtWorks, Evolution Recruitment Solutions, and the Ministry of Law in Singapore. Sonam holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management from Singapore University of Social Sciences and a Diploma in Communications and Media Management from Temasek Polytechnic.
