Alexander Carius

Alexander Carius is an experienced professional in hospitality management and leadership coaching, currently serving as Regional Community Manager at ICON Management Services, Inc. since June 2021. As the Owner of My KPI Coach since July 2020, Alexander leverages over 30 years of expertise to assist business owners in achieving their goals. Alexander founded VacationRentalAdvisor.org in October 2018 and operates Stark-Hospitality!, a full-service hospitality management company, since July 2016. Alexander is a certified leadership coach with the John C. Maxwell Team, teaching valuable leadership principles. Previous roles include General Manager at Porsche Design Tower Miami and Resort Manager for a vacation rental community, showcasing a strong track record of enhancing operational performance and guest experiences. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Faulkner University and minors in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville.
