Additionally, they obtained an IM&A International Mergers & Acquisitions Expert certification from the Institute for Mergers, Acquisitions and Alliances (IMAA), focusing on various aspects of the M&A process such as strategy, deal types, due diligence, valuation, and post-merger integration. Manisha also holds a Project Management Certification from the Institute of Project Management.
