Spencer Padgett

Spencer Padgett has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Spencer started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Captain from May 1997 to February 2004. Following their military service, they worked as an Owner/Builder at Arrisbrook Builders/Acumen Development from February 2004 to August 2014. Spencer then joined A. Perry Homes as the COO from September 2014 to August 2018. After that, they served as the Director, Builder-in-Residence at CoConstruct from August 2018 to July 2020. From July 2020 to October 2022, they held the role of Vice President of Construction Operations at Homebound, a tech-enabled homebuilding company. Currently, starting in October 2022, they are working as the Vice President of Construction Operations at ICON.

Spencer Padgett attended the United States Naval Academy from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics.
