Adam R. Bushman

Adam R. Bushman is an experienced IT and software professional with a robust background in service level agreements management, consulting, and software engineering. Currently serving as the Service Level Agreements Manager at iconectiv since April 1998, Bushman oversees IT Operations service delivery to ensure alignment with Master Service Agreements and exceed customer expectations. Previous roles include Consulting Manager and Solution Architect III at Ericsson, where responsibilities encompassed articulating cloud solutions and managing real-time call processing deployments. Bushman’s earlier experience includes senior engineering roles at Telcordia Technologies, contributions to network management systems, and service in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Staff Sergeant. Bushman holds a PhD in Business Administration Applied Computer Science from Northcentral University, a Master of Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University.
