Matthew Murphy

Matthew Murphy is currently the Director of Safety & People at Iconic Power Systems Inc., where he oversees safety and human-centric elements within the organization. With a background in HR, he has held various advisory and managerial roles at Alberta Health Services, focusing on areas such as strategy, innovation, employee relations, and capacity projects. Prior to this, he worked as a Human Resources Associate at David Thompson Health Region and as an Administrative Assistant at Hockey Alberta Foundation. Matthew holds a degree in Public Administration and Governance from Toronto Metropolitan University.
