Randy McLaurin

Randy McLaurin has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. In 1996, they started their career as a Team Leader at Phoenix Group, Inc. Randy then transitioned to Compuware Corporation in 1998, where they worked as a Marketing Project Manager, leading teams in the development of marketing and advertising campaigns. After leaving Compuware in 2007, Randy joined Entertainment Promotions as an Account/Project Manager from 2009 to 2012.

In 2013, Randy worked as a Business Development Consultant at Dialogue Marketing/Hitachi, where they played a key role in developing and implementing a new call center for the Hitachi client. Randy consistently exceeded sales goals during their time at the company. In 2014, they moved to CDK Global as an Account Manager, specializing in General Motors Digital Marketing. In this role, they helped GM dealerships modernize their digital strategies, managing aspects such as dealership websites, SEO, sales strategies, and digital training.

From 2011 to 2016, Randy served as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician at the Wixom Fire Department, highlighting their commitment to public service. Randy then joined Everdays in 2019 as a Customer Success Manager, where they established himself as a trusted advisor and consultant to funeral homes across North America. Randy worked closely with funeral homes to maximize their digital strategies and onboard them into a revolutionary pre-need purchasing system.

Most recently, Randy joined iConnect in 2021 as the Director of Strategic Accounts, leveraging their expertise to manage and nurture key accounts. Overall, Randy has demonstrated versatility, strong communication skills, and a keen ability to adapt to different industries and roles throughout their career.

Randy McLaurin's education history includes a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Cleary University. Before completing their bachelor's degree, Randy McLaurin earned an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Oakland Community College.
