Tom Schanz Jr.

Tom Schanz Jr. has extensive work experience in the construction equipment industry, specifically in government sales and strategic accounts. Tom currently holds the position of Director of Strategic Accounts at SANY America, where they have been since 2023. Previously, they worked at Volvo Construction Equipment as a Senior Government Sales Manager and State & Provincial Government Sales Manager from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they held various roles at Mack Defense, LLC, including Federal Sales Manager and Federal Business Analyst. Tom also gained professional experience as a Government Sales & Marketing Intern at Volvo Construction Equipment and participated in the Work Study Program at Shippensburg University.

Tom Schanz Jr. completed their secondary education at Neshaminy High School, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General from 2005 to 2008. Following this, they pursued higher education at Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania from 2008 to 2012. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration (B.S.B.A.) with a focus on Marketing.
