Nicole Van De Leuv

Nicole van de Leuv is Head of Legal at IconOVir Bio. Nicole also serves as a Principal at Two River, where she provides legal and operational support to Two River and its portfolio companies. Prior to joining Two River, Nicole was Special Counsel at Cooley LLP, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and other strategic transactions and advised clients on a broad range of securities and general corporate matters. Before that, Nicole was an Associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she focused on corporate finance transactions. Nicole received her J.D. from Harvard Law School, M.S.F.S from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service and B.A. from McGill University.
