Catalina Radauceanu

Catalina Radauceanu is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in leading large-scale projects across the healthcare and service industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ICON plc since July 2024, Catalina previously held the position of Senior Project Manager for eClinical Outcomes Assessments (eCOA) at Signant Health from May 2022 to July 2024, where responsibilities included managing project planning, execution, and client communication. Prior to this, Catalina worked at Xerox as a Service Delivery Manager, overseeing multi-country accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional experience includes roles at Accenture in client service delivery and account management, and as a lawyer at Radauceanu Catalina D. – Law Office, providing legal counsel and representing clients in various legal matters. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Business Law and a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Sciences from "Alexandru Ioan Cuza" University in Iasi.
