Crystal Casteel currently serves as a Principal Auditor in Clinical Quality Management at ICON plc, where responsibilities include conducting audits, managing regulatory inspections, and developing Quality Management Plans. With extensive experience in quality oversight functions, Crystal has also worked in various roles at ICON, such as Principal Auditor and Clinical Quality Compliance Lead, focusing on compliance with ICH GCP and the implementation of quality assurance programs. Prior experience includes roles at Medpace as a Lead and Clinical Research Associate and at Children's Health as a Certified Health Unit Coordinator. Crystal holds a Master of Science in Neuroscience from The University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southern Methodist University.
