Hajnalka Howard is a seasoned Senior Recruiter with a robust background in the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors. Currently employed at ICON plc since July 2021, Hajnalka previously held senior recruiting positions at PRA Health Sciences and Seqirus, where roles involved leading recruitment strategies for innovative drug development and influenza vaccine manufacturing, respectively. Early career experiences include staffing consultancy at Eli Lilly and Novartis, where recruitment efforts were streamlined through partnerships with Alexander Mann Solutions.
